When you register, we collect your name, email address, and password. If you add team members, we store their email addresses.
Monitor configuration
We store the URLs, hostnames, and port numbers you add as monitors. This data is necessary to operate the monitoring service.
Usage data
We collect technical information including IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. This data is used to improve the service and diagnose problems.
Payment information
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card details. We retain billing history and plan information.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data for advertising.
Data Retention
Monitor check results are retained for 12 months on Pro and Business plans, and 30 days on the Starter plan. Account data is retained until you delete your account. You can request deletion at any time by emailing [email protected].
Third-Party Services
We use the following sub-processors:
- Stripe - payment processing
- AWS - infrastructure hosting
- Postmark - transactional email
All sub-processors are contractually bound to handle your data in accordance with GDPR requirements.
