- Yes. The Starter plan is free with no time limit and no credit card required. You get 10 monitors, 1-minute checks from 14 global regions, Slack and email alerts, and a public status page with a custom domain.
- Can I cancel at any time?
- Yes. Cancel anytime from your account settings. You keep access until the end of the current billing period, then revert to the free Starter plan. No questions asked.
- What happens if I exceed my monitor limit?
- You will not be automatically charged. Nodown notifies you as you approach your limit. You can upgrade or remove monitors — your choice.
- Do you offer annual billing?
- Yes. Annual billing is available at a discount equivalent to two months free. Switch any time from your billing settings.
- Do all plans include a status page with a custom domain?
- Yes. Every plan — including the free Starter — includes at least one public status page with a custom domain. Branded pages and multiple status pages are available on Pro and Business.
